As a Tournament Manager, you will be part of our Global Product Management team that is responsible for the development and enhancement of the gaming experience through our global product events, digital products, and player/team relations.

As Tournament Manager CS:GO, you will be part of a team that shapes, administrates, and maintains ESL’s digital platforms and their tournaments. You will plan and manage CS:GO tournaments online and offline to ensure tournament integrity, provide day-to-day support for game communities and collaborate with key stakeholders to implement projects and tournament’s best practices.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as the responsible CS:GO referee to run and administer our online and offline tournaments in to ensure tournament rules are consistently followed and tournament environments are up to our standards
  • Plan and execute tournament related topics without constant supervision.
  • Maintain task management systems, and communicate tournament information and updates with internal stakeholders
  • Provide necessary information to teams and players, and strive to improve all player related tournament aspects of our events
  • Develop and implement new processes and procedures to ensure a flawless workflow and safeguard the competitive integrity of our tournaments
  • Find, hire, and maintain a pool of freelancers around the world to provide support at our tournaments and events


What you need:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in online and offline gaming administration on a professional or semi-professional level
  • Great experience with the game CS:GO and the handling of CS:GO tournaments, including game server knowledge
  • General experience in IT topics, including specifically related topics to CS:GO
  • Understanding of the esports landscape, tournament systems, rankings, and matchmaking processes
  • Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to carry out several tasks at the same time
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in the English language, both spoken and written
