Game Partnerships Sales Manager – DreamHack

Calling all gaming, esports, anime, comic and pop-culture enthusiasts. We are seeking a world class Gaming Publisher Sales Manager with a massive network and ability to exhibit partners for DreamHack festivals globally. You will be responsible for all Publisher Exhibitor and activations sales around our DreamHack festivals in North America, Europe and Asia. These are the heart of the festival / show circuit at comic, gaming, anime and culture events throughout the year. By working closely with EFG teams, you will ensure high-level fulfilment of booth space integration and execution, seeing your exhibitors come to life at DreamHack festivals!

What you’ll do:

  • Approach gaming publishers, understand their key objectives and help activate them within the DreamHack festivals
  • Work with DreamHack internal stakeholders to understand event objectives and sell in exhibitors that embody those objectives
  • Collaborate closely with DreamHack Commercial VP to curate exhibitors
  • Maintain existing Festival key exhibit relationships through regular communication
  • Manage an ongoing sales pipeline and reporting to leadership
  • Take steps to ensure key exhibit retention, business growth and profitability
  • Ability to upsell and pitch event sponsorships including, signage, onsite branding and digital media that will enhance the exhibitor experience
  • Plan and control proposal preparation, customer support, and customer consulting
  • Travel to competitive events for face to face prospecting and meetings


What you need:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in exhibition / convention / festival sales
  • Fully capable in building and maintaining relationships with game publishing partners
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral
  • Comfortable with face to face sales in high paced environments
  • A general understanding of the competitive esports and gaming industry and its events
  • A self starter with a can do attitude, and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • A strong work ethic with a high degree of determination and drive
  • A positive attitude and a team mentality
  • Travel is required
