As a full-time Product Manager you will be joining our DreamHack Festival Product Team, you will be responsible for bringing A-tier content to all our DreamHack Festivals worldwide. Together with the DeamHack Festival Project Team, our vision is to create the best gaming festivals in the world. We believe your organizational, communications, and technical skills will help us take our events to the next level.

The Product Manager, Content Partnerships DreamHack will be a part of the DreamHack Product Team and will work globally with the DreamHack festivals. The ideal candidate will be working out of our office in Stockholm, Sweden.

Requirements:

What you’ll do

  • Use the overarching DreamHack content strategy to manage partnerships with top-tier content providers such as content creators, agencies, and outlets that empower and engage with the DreamHack community experience
  • Work in close collaboration with stakeholders in our operations, marketing, and partnerships departments
  • Own the creative vision and activations with the content providers. This includes budget ownership, planning, execution on-site, evaluation, and post-event reports
  • Collaborate with our marketing and consumer commercial teams around marketing plans and efforts around activations with the top-tier content providers
  • Monitor industry trends and identify new opportunities for partnerships to stay ahead of the competition and ensure our festivals are providing the best possible content and experience for our attendees
  • Update the DreamHack leadership team proactively on the status of each partnership, its established goals, and deviations from the goals, on a regular cadence
  • Contribute to defining product OKRs and measure program success over time.

What you need

Must Haves:

  • At least 3 years of gaming or music events, Project or Product Management experience (or other relevant experience).
  • Experience with budget management and responsibility
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or equivalent work experience in field
  • Well-networked within the gaming and entertainment industry
  • An incredibly high standard of the English language, both spoken and written, is essential. Required for interactions across the organization, leading meetings and presenting ideas.
  • A passion for gaming and its community with motivation to push the boundaries of competitive as well as casual gaming.
  • An ability to take initiative while balancing multiple tasks simultaneously, in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google software applications-e.g., all office products and Google apps.
  • A highly collaborative spirit and detail-oriented focus.
  • Seamlessly perform under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment that requires fresh thinking and innovation.
