As a Management Trainee, Operations, you will be involved in a broad and exciting range of projects within our Esports division with a focus on our Operations. You will work closely with our SVP Project and Event Operations and help visualize our strategies and developments into presentations and excels, as well as ad-hoc day-to-day tasks while also supporting the rest of Project & Event Operations +100 employees with various projects. This opportunity will give you great insight to the world of Esports and Gaming Festivals.


The ideal candidate will be located in Stockholm, Sweden and be open to working in person at the office.


What you’ll do:

  • Work together with our SVP Project & Event Operations.
  • Create creative and informative content for our managers.
  • Work with budget files and help with presentations, documents and project tools.
  • Participate and be part of strategic decisions.
  • Given the nature of the event world, things can happen and change at the last minute and you will be part of the solution.
  • Involved in the day-to-day life of Project and Event Operations across the globe.

Requirements:

Must Haves:

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in business, economics or similar.
  • You have expert Google G Suite and Excel skills.
  • You are an independent and ambitious person, with a high work capacity.
  • You pay great attention to detail and can turn boring numbers into creative presentations.
  • You are a team player with great communication skills.
  • A positive and can-do attitude with a lot of willingness to learn.
  • You are fluent in both spoken and written English.
