Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives and target audience in the MEA region.
- Build and lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure the team is working effectively and efficiently.
- Drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth through the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, influencer marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in the MEA region.
- Work closely with the Media Services Team to create engaging and relevant content that resonates with the MEA audience.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing programs are aligned with product development, customer success, and other areas of the business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in the esports or gaming industry.
- Passion for gaming and esports, with a deep understanding of the MEA gaming community.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue in the MEA region.
- Proven track record of managing and leading marketing teams, including setting goals, providing feedback, and mentoring team members.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media, influencer marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems, and the ability to leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments, with a strong focus on results and driving impact in the MEA region.
