Collectibles Community Manager (Europe remote)

Our esports Consumer Commerce Team needs your engagement and communication skills, your passion for community, and your creative vision. We are looking to hire a Collectibles Community Manager to join us in shaping the journey of esports.

As the Collectibles Community Manager, you are the face of the ESL collectibles community. Your mission is to foster communities beyond gameplay by engaging and conversing with our collectors, listening to them, and creating community gatherings. The ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and can develop engaging content that conveys the collectibles vision.

ESL collectibles enable fans and gamers to flex their esports fandom by collecting and playing with memorabilia.

What you’ll do:

  • The strategy, development, and activation of the ESL collectibles brand on our community channels
  • Driving the ESL Collectibles narrative across multiple community channels
  • Devising and executing ESL on-site and digital community events and activations to enhance fans’ experience
  • Creating innovative collectors’ experiences
  • Listening to the community and gathering feedback to contribute to the product vision
  • Creating internal engagement around the collectibles initiative
  • Coordinating with Marketing, PR, external stakeholders, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Internal reporting of performance metrics and event activations

  • 10% Converse with the community
  • 10% Devise the Collectibles community strategy
  • 10% Contribute to the Collectibles product design

  • 5+ years of experience as a Community Manager
  • Experience with building community strategic plans
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • Autonomous and proactive
  • C1 English speaker
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Esports and gaming experience/expertise

  • Nice to have

    • Expertise in social media: Twitter, Discord, Instagram
    • Good knowledge of photoshop
    • Have a data-driven decision approach
